Who takes apple cider vinegar?

Curious what you guys think about it and how you take it an dose it. I Just picked some up from the organic food section at the supermarket. I have heard quite a few good things about it but never tried using it. I filled up a shot glass with it when I got home and shot it. I think that might have been a little too much

Nice yea I should have researched the dosing before I filled that shot glass up lol. A guy from work was telling me bout it and said he takes a straight up shot every day of it. I hear honey with it is the ideal combo. Going to get some honey tomorrow. I like your combination much better

If you take it daily as a beverage, I HIGHLY recommend you drink it with a straw or a likewise concoction . The reason being, the acidity from the ACV can damage your teeth, I was doing about 2 shots daily ( breakfast and dinner) with just plain water and stevia added. After about 5 months of this when I went to see my dentist he noticed the damage it caused and he is the one who recommended me to start drinking it through a straw. From then on I haven't had any oral health problems.

What about the pills, how many mg's is equivalent to a TBS? I just bought some pills after my gf had BAD stomach issues for about 8-10 hours right after trying the liquid in the morning. Granted, she maybe had 2-3 oz of crystal light with it, though I did too and I was completely fine...

I have an aunt who is into homeopathic medicine. Recommended I gargle with it to treat a sore threat. It was the nastiest thing I've ever done. I still cringe thinking about it. I think it fixed my sore throat though in the same manner battery acid would have.

Same hear. All my meals are rice veg nuts Apple banana tuna and olive oil mixed together so easy to put a little acv in there. Keeps it fresh. I put my creatine And beta alanine in my meals to so I remember to take them.

Good Point> I been drinking it for about a year and notice my teeth very sensitive. Won't see dentist till after first of year due to my insurance

I do the same, by mixing it in to several meals/ side dishes daily. Lately I have been pouring it over home made Chinese cole slaw. It's delicious.

Yep I take the braggs brand avc, it's an all round great health tonic.

I also use braggs, it keeps the fat off, great elexir. I add maple syrup for sweetness.

I tried it today with some honey. I'm going to put a pack of raw stevia in it next time. Its still a little rough for me to drink even with the honey.

Yeah I take braggs everyday about a little less than an ounce of it,while I'm pretty sure it has helped my health out....It is EXTREMELY unpleasant.
I will try it with honey like some have reccommended to see if this helps
