ive only ever used liquid carbs/protein pwo but have seen a few pros etc mention that they prefer whole food pwo ,what your oppinions on this ?
yeah ,i am thinking that i have become blinkered to certainn aspects and should experiment a bit ??
i would usually have a shake pwo then a solid meal approx 90mins later

I've been eating only whole foods PWO for about two months now.
There have been no negative effects at all.
