I take creatine every day and eat healthy, I got sick last week though and wasn't taking creatine for about 4 days and was eating one small meal a day if that for about 6 days. I just got through with my chest workout, my last chest day was 8 days ago because i was sick. i wasn't getting as much reps up as i was last chest day and it's pissing me off. so what do you guys think, is it because i wasn't taking the creatine for 4 days or because i wasn't eating right or what? or do some days do you just have shitty workouts?
