I make my own bean burgers from time to time but I do not use soy beans. You can use many different kinds of beans and I'm sure you can buy them as well if you lack the time to prepare them from scratch.

Black bean burger is my favorite and you can easily google recipes on how to make them!

Personally I avoid soy. I would find something else if your tring to increase protein intake.

Probably won't be an issue unless you have preexisting thyroid issues.

According to Dr. Kaayla T. Daniel it is. Not to mention the majority of soy grown in the US is GMO.
