I was looking at the site howtodoinjections because im thinkning of starting some pec injections and it says on some sites like pecs,biceps,triceps and delts a slin pin will work.I have always thought a 1/2 inch pin would be long enough for these sites but never gave it a try.So is this true if your bf is pretty low will a slin pin work on these sites?
