I don't do any ab specific work. However I:
Squat butt to ankles
Chin ups
Power Cleans
Dead Lifts
Dips
Standing Presses

My abs look great for my age. Or probably your age too. ;) But what do people think? I always felt the only way to get an aesthetically great mid section was to have low body fat.

PS - I don't compete as a BB. Wearing a wrestling singlet from 3rd grade thru college got that clothing stuff completely out of my system. Along with that starvation thing. Yeah, I really didn't like the starvation thing.

I welcome all comments. Both for cosmetic and functional purposes.

i know a lot of people who work their abs twice, even 3 times per week, and they have some of the best abs I have seen. of course, they aren't bodybuilders either (still 180-200 lbs)

That being said, a lot of bb'ers don't do direct ab work.. kinda like traps if you ask me.. some need direct work, others get the trap work from DL's and rack pulls.
