I am up in the air and open to many suggestions. I don't have anything set and looking for an optimal way to burn fat while building muscle. I know everyone is looking for that. But my dilema is to have enough carbs for practice and games. I was thinking that I could just carb load with s. potatos that nights before practice and games. Maybe even use insulin to do this as I don't really have to worry about lines or anything as it's football and not a competition. I was thinking or depleating for the first 10-12 days. I was going to use slin to get my blood sugar down the go with 5 meals a day consisting of 4 ground sirloin or salmon along with 1 tablespoon olive oil and 1 tablespoon flax oil. Then just one meal consisting of the oil by itself. Then have a carb load day. Then go into high protein with trace carbs, except on the days before games add alittle extra carbs. I always know what I need to do I just second guess myself alot. Would it hurt to add a protein shake into those depleation meals? Like I said I need to be back to the optimum level I once was as soon as possible.
