I'm just finishing the first week of my program and I've been pretty sick the last couple days. Congestion, achy, coughing...all around shitty. To make matters worse...I wrenched my neck last night it it hurts like a son of a bi**h today.
As we all have prob experienced before.....I DO NOT want to waste even 1 week of a cycle and was wondering what everyone's thoughts are on working thru a sickness on a cycle. I've always done it in the past, but that doesn't make it the best choice. I'm still getting my full diet and choking down shakes, so that's not an issue. I'm thinking about hitting legs today and resting for the weekend.
Looking for some suggestions guys. Workout or rest a few days? let's hear it.
