I'm just finishing the first week of my program and I've been pretty sick the last couple days. Congestion, achy, coughing...all around shitty. To make matters worse...I wrenched my neck last night it it hurts like a son of a bi**h today.

As we all have prob experienced before.....I DO NOT want to waste even 1 week of a cycle and was wondering what everyone's thoughts are on working thru a sickness on a cycle. I've always done it in the past, but that doesn't make it the best choice. I'm still getting my full diet and choking down shakes, so that's not an issue. I'm thinking about hitting legs today and resting for the weekend.

Looking for some suggestions guys. Workout or rest a few days? let's hear it.
 
Do everyone at your gym a favor and stay home and rest! If you are sick why are you gonna go to the gym and make your self even worse or pass that crap around!

Stay home get better, train harder when you feeling good again........

+1 to that. How is your body supposed to recover from being sick and from training at the same time? Bad idea if you ask me. Get better, then hit it hard again.

(1)Rest 1-2 days, sickness gone, body recovers.

(2)continue training, feel sick for 5-6 days, and all workouts suck and break down immune system.
Your choice.

I personally cringe whenever I am trying to workout and some guy-

Another thing..if you are one of those losers who rolls out of bed and gets on the treadmill without brushing your teeth..... BRUSH YOUR DAMN TEETH.

That foul-assed breath affects those around you when you start huffing and puffing! Gross as hell. I've actually moved to get away from assholes who don't give a shit about anyone else.

Capone- I realize I went off track there! However, I agree with the others...give yourself a chance to heal up. :)
