I just read an article from RXMuscle 7/21/09.
It was labeled What Do the Pros Take? John Romano is well respected and may be a partner with Palumbo owning RXMuscle. What he said goes (way) against the flow over here about AAS and the amounts being done. I know DOGCRAP and Phil and other well informed experts have said exactly the contrary. I will concede that when compaired to thier knowledge in this field I know nothing. That being said, Romano goes on in this article to say
"some guys add these blended testosterones such as Sustanon, Testoviron, Sten just to make sure all the bases are covered. Astoundingly, it was not uncommon for a top pro to be pumpimg4000 to 5000mg, or more, a week of such concoctions."
The article goes on to draw a picture of pro level AAS use and other stuff they are throwing on top of the 4 to 5000mgs of test per week. He also said that this was being done in short cycles. Romano wasn't taking about a couple of nuts in the sport with a death wish. He was referring to this being the norm in the pro ranks. I don't think he has anything to gain by lying about this. RXMuscle has numerous IFBB Pros at the site.
I remember two well known edu ma cated guys having a heated argument about this a year or so ago at ProMuscle. It would seem that the claims the one trainer was making about his experience training pros may have gave him real word insight. Or not.
