Yup, they can make a law about anything. Its a crap law though. I know of people arrested with 2 and 3 meth labs who get probation. Maybe you guys should come to Ohio and do your juice! They would probably just fine you!

I'm not going to defend this bill but it doesn't lay out what the penalties are for offenses. It isn't specific at all and I'm going to tell you I think selling any type of drug to kids should come with a tougher penalty. I would like to see the entire bill and also see the current drug laws in the state to see how they compare to the steroid law. If the laws for other drugs are more lenient then this is crazy but if they are tougher or pretty much on par then there really isn't much to bitch about

Yep, they CAN pass just about any law they see fit. HOWEVER, it is US, the general public who put these "extremists" into office by either voting for them OR NOT voting at all!

This is why it is so important, today, to know who is running for office in "your" State, find out their Opinion/Policies on the topics which interest/affect YOU and then VOTE when the time comes to do so!

OUR VOICE DOES COUNT! The only time it doesn't is when we don't exercise our rights!

looks like the 20yrs if only a max if selling to minors,but yes not specific at all. All I heard about MN is that they recenly moved steroids from a scheduled IV to a schedule III

That's awfully idealistic. Let's not be so naive to think that it makes one bit of difference who you vote for or what they say they stand for because once they get into office they vote as they damn well please. It doesn't matter what they said to get elected. They can vote for something that only benefits a large corporation because they were promised a nice consulting job once they get out of office. The politicians are corrupt and only look out for their own best interest and could give a shit about any one of their constituents
