Yohimbine HCL and PREP H

Anyone has used any of these to get rid of stubborn fat/water before a contest? if so, do they work ok? Which one is better?

Both work, together they work.....That is if your "lean" enough already.

I dont think there is a certain amount.

Some guys at my gym use it (when they are lean) before they go to bed and bubble wrap them selves. It quite comical actually.

They do this every night before a week and and when they do cardio.
