I was just watching this in the trenches with Ben White, and he says he trains each body part twice perday, twice a week. I'm not interested in trying this routine, as I know there is no shot in hell my body could handle it, but do you think this would really work for some people, or just genetic freaks? I was really perplexed when he said he does the same muscle group twice a day twice a week, but I'm not gonna doubt him, obviously its worked great for him. Just wonderin and curious what you guys think.
