in a magazine a couple of months ago I read that the level of Testosterone in the body depends on many factors - the mood. fatigue, stress, etc. - but testosterone itself is formed from "Useful cholesterol" - which is a bit too much in peanuts and various nuts.
Do not know how much this is true, I wanted to ask you.
For example, I like peanuts and eat it with pleasure, even raw - after this article (although not believing in it), sometimes I bought a gram of 100 on training days and hawalaed it in the evening for an hour or two before I went to bed.
