6'2" and 271 lbs. right now. I'm on a spring/summer bulking cycle until end of September. I started at 251 and will stop at 290.
Last competition I was 285 at 6 bf. I just can't get lower. I might need a great bbing coach to assist. Quads at 30 and calves at 20 and they still look small. Buddy told me I will probably need 34 quads to look respectable on stage.
He recommends me staying in the 315 range and do powerlifting for the next year to gain muscle mass to look like a freak.
Put up a pic. It's always cool to see a mass monster. Unless you are 7', 30 inch legs are very large.
it's a short man sport.
Alot of short guys have taken up bodybuilding because they are insecure about their height.
A lot of short guys used to ask me to beat them up.
I usually obliged. lol
