Preworkout supplement on empty stomach...still get sick pumps and vascularity. Liquid cialis is gold !
McDonalds double cheeseburger. Just one when I'm in a rush to the gym and have an empty stomach. No fries, nothing but just that one double and maybe some water. Works wonderfully. I believe there is also a scientific study that backed this up. I'll have to find the link.

im trying to figure out how guys have the best pumps in training by having a small amount of carbs and higher protein and fats, more so than the other way around having higher carbs that would actually fill ur glycogen stroage .. makes no sense to me
Lately a Lenny & Larry's Complete Cookie (usually PB flavor) with TN whey ISO shake. The cookies are soft and taste awesome. 14g fat, 54g carb, 16g protein per cookie.
