My Intake

I have been Maxed out for A Few yrs Now..
Holding 260-265 of muscle takes everything I got. Miss one meal, 5lbs Gone!
Even at 250 lbs, I need to be careful not to miss meals as I am normally 5- 6% bf and Close to Burning muscle for energy at that Point.
I dropped to 4% one year without Dieting....235lbs..
Nasty Ugly Ripped!! I would eat Spoonful's of Peanut butter before going Out!
 
Had another Great series Of workouts This Week.
Started Back rackin everything in the Gym.
Hit Back today, 4+ plates pr side on pulldowns to start.
I took a half of ephedrine w 20 iu slin -r pre. which between one or the Other headed me to the toilet post.
Could barely Wipe....Almost getting to Big!
Is there A secret wipe I don't no About ? Because reaching under does not make Sense!

Hahaha....you might need to install a Bidet in the bathroom!

Get one with high flow and pressure wash that problem!

Had A great arm day! Gotta be close to 21"s again!
Blasted Military 1st, then the Dip machine and then hit the preacher curl.
Finished them off with a super of pushdowns and hangin concentrations.

I'm really likin this Big, Full look. Finally, I have Round muscle bellies.

Forgot my MGF post and I feel the Extra soreness Today..

Wifey has been down and out with a Virus for nearly a week. we were in ER most of the afternoon yesterday!
Missed my Buddies 50th party last night but woke up Fresh and ready to feed all Day.
This morning: Off Day.
6:30 4ius hgh, A protein shake containing 1 scoop Size-On, 30 Dextrose and 75 whey Iso.
Then a Jacuzzi to get the Blood Flowing. I'll Hit my forgotten MGF then dose LR3 10 minutes later... Hitting 250mcgs of IGf and Gonna Feed as much as possible. With that Dose I Better..lol

Monday Off as well with a full dose of MK677 Getting ready for Chest on Tuesday....Livin like A Russian Olympian These Days!!!!

That's a crazy amount of IGF1-LR3! I bet you are prepared for a long day of eating.

I'm changing around my routine as I'm starting to stall out. I need more days like the one you listed just to relax, eat, and let my body do its thing as I know I've been overtraining.

So today I'm taking a day off....going to relax....and eat pretty much as much as I want to.

Now I'm off to take my measly dose of 50mcg of IGF1. [emoji16]

A little nervous about the 250 myself....
Eat,eat and eat....The Leftover will add in on Recomp which may be Dramatic....
Rest is just as - if not More Important than training!
These Guys Training everyday is Stupid...
No Wonder why they Never Grow!

Well keep us updated! I can't imagine the calories you will be putting away.

Just 50mcg for me....and I just keep getting fuller and more vascular with each meal throughout the day.

I've noticed while using this, I don't wake up as "flat" as I normally do. I wake up with a good amount of veins already showing....and my pumps in the gym during my morning workout are nothing short of crazy.

Yesterday I tried Hammer Shoulder Presses for the first time since I can remember. Worked up to a set of 6 reps with 3 plates on each side...then did drop sets removing a plate at a time.

My shoulders were so filled with blood, I had to stretch them out for 10 minutes just to get comfortable.

I came from 202 lbs at 40 yrs old...
Probably end up back there one Day!

My all time best was at 25 yrs old 235 @ 5%
Not my biggest or leanest but All Around Best!

Then I got Married w- Children...lol

May cut back on the Slin though...20 ius is kickin My Ass...

So you wouldn’t have a pre meal (60-90 minutes prior), then shoot lr3 (10-15 min before session) then take down an intra shake with carbs?

Page one has most of the Details on my Protocol...
The night prior I gorge on anything and everything...Then wake up midnight or so and have 100 gms of cereal...
I only take Lr3 Post prior to A day off as for me Steals too much blood sugar to sustain a Grueling workout!

Secret? Get a Squatty Potty. I have one. It’s the best. Complete elimination.
Virtually wipe free . . . except for a bit of ‘polishing.’

Currently hold 258lbs @ 6'2"..Normal summer weight rite at 250lbs @ 6%
I hit 270 lbs in March @ around 10% on around 1000 test 300-450 deca and on and off orals.
I drop test to 750 and add in Tren at 2-400 as A cutting Phase towards summer. April + May
Typical Summer cycle is 500test e 6-800 primo and 100 tren e. Hgh at 4ius - 10 ius and 25mgs proviron daily.
Here is My daily Intake. May be Too much, not enough or just right....
As of now I am on just about my lowest doses in the last 5 yrs. 300 test e, 300 primo e and 150 deca. I figure if I am going to Poke it may as well be Full.
Plan on upping test at 300mgs pr mnth till hitting 1500mgs in March.

Now for My Supps!
Wake up around 5 am and have a pot of Coffee, 1/2 aspirin and a l-carnitine. with 2ius Gh.
Around 7-7:30 Pre workout Ill take provron and 50 mgs Adrol. 8 a.m. 4 his GH then shower to wake up my aging Body.
On the way to the Gym its my pre workout of 2 scoops, currently Vapor and Jym. I mix that with 30-60 gms Dextrose, 15gms bcaas plus and 15 gms instanatized. 3 gms beta alanine plus 10 mgs Halo and 20 mgs Dbol .
At the Gym; 15-20 Slin-R and my Intra shake.
Size-on which has 40 gms dextrose, more Bcaas and others. 1 more scoop 30 dextrose with 50 gms Whey and 25 egg white.
Post is Dk matter which has another Hoist of goodys for insulin sensitivity, 30 gms carbohydrate complex and 30 more dextrose, plus 1 egg white, 1 whole egg and 1 beef protein = 75 protein with added glutamine, Taurine and Glysine.
Geez right!
Next 2 hrs Consume 1/2 gallon of Water then Lunch.
Either a Italian beef, Gyro or Mc D's burger. w- or without fries.
2 pm normally snack on some peanuts or others and an Iso-pure mass shake.
Dinner around 5:30. Wifes a great cook. Pot roast/ beef roast or chicken with potatoes or rice and Greens.
DESERT. Mostly Chocolates, pop tarts, ice cream and at least a 1/2 gallon of 2% milk till Miserable...Then Bed.
Lastly....A giant bowl of either Raien bran crunch or Honey buches of oats mixed w- Granola and added extra raisens around 1 a.m.
All this too Maintain around 260 depending on Gear !!!!

Standing at 265 lbs and lookin for 270 by March!
Currently 1800 test and dropped Deca from 600 to 300.
Just introduced 200 Tren E and will drop deca all together in 3 weeks.
May bump tren to 400 and drop test while slowly adding In My Primo..

Summer Run I am thinking 300 test e, 1000 Primo and Toros Cut stack 100.
I will only run 1/2 a cc of Toros Eod which adds up to 150 test P, 150 Tren A and 150 Mast P...
