My Intake

Defiantly time for More Soup!
High of 10* all week. Great for Bulking.
Still 260 w- 16 weeks of bulking left, just wondering when to add in Tren!
I'm thinking 400mgs in March and 200 in April then just 100 in May.
Looking for 260 @ 6% by june! but more than likely its 255lbs.

Abbs, Legs and Sauna Day in fat burning Mode.
Pot of Coffee w- a half of aspirin and L-carnitine early A.M.
An hour later 2 ius hgh along with 200t-4, 25t-3, .02 clen and a small grapefruit juice.
Intra I'll add 30gms Bcaa's in a zero water with beta alanine and taurine plus 20 mgs Anavar to get totally Anabolic for Post.
Post: 1 scoop Size-on, 1 scoop Dk Matter, 1 scoop dextrose and 75 gms Whey iso. I'll add in more taurine, glycine and glutamine to finish it Up.

A large Chicken breast for lunch. Then a XXX mineral water to replace Electrolytes and as much water as I can Handle.

Iso pure shake later with some nuts for Fibre.

A cardio class with the Wife before Dinner.

Ice cream, milk and others for desert to Amp up for Arm Day tomorrow!

Am I missing Anything ?..lol

Your missing the Lr3 ;)

I tried somedin des the other day. I only had 1 vial someone sent me to try. I couldn't bend down to get the pot from the bottom cabinet. I used it post and my quads were soo pumped that it felt like I was squatting 3 plates trying to grab the pots and pans lol. Have you tried the des?
 
I'll hit the Lr3 after arm Day...25 x 4 after my slin clears. 5-10 ius Hgh pre and MGF @ 200 x 4 post.
Sunday and Monday off from the gym with either peps and or Mk677 on those days.

I did A good run with Des last winter...Used A bunch Post workout after my MGF.
I was Tryin to build New muscle fibers and be Permanently Bigger...
I tore My Pec right at the End of my Run. I was at my Very best, Both size and Quality.
I was just about to switch from strength training to Pure Pumping when It tore.
This would have been the perfect time to mature any new muscle fiber.

To early to tell as of Yet this year as I am still trying to build back my strength before switching again to engorging, but its looking good so Far.
 
Hit Delts, Pyramid style up and down the Rack.
Bize concentration curls from 30 - 60's superset w- strait bar over tize ext.
Then some pully curls and pushdowns and finish w- reverse curls and kickbacks till Blown!!!!
Weighed in at 266.6 at the gym pre...

Kudos to you...great genetics for being able to stay so lean at that age...or any age ! Lol for all the super supplements and extras you take just becareful . I’m 49 and up to my early to mid 40’s I used a lot of the same super sups that u use and always walked around like an anatomy chart year round at 240-245. Then my health took a nose dive that I still battle on a daily basis and actually forced me to retire the past year. Still use super sups but more of a trt/ hrt dose. But you seem like your healthy as a horse and keep livin the dream... best of luck and stay healthy

Hitting the Italian Prime Steakhouse tonight..My buddys 50th.(We poured all the Stamped concrete there yrs ago.)

Getting Larger Quickly...Weighed in at 266 dry, My biggest yet!
Pumps are insane and lifts going Up!
Workouts get Much harder when you have Both, muscle Strength and Endurance...
Finishing Back and Bize today w- post Lr3 at 120mcgs.
Off day tomorrow. as I hate working out with LR3 still active.
Should recomp nicely...Normally I'll weigh A bit less the next morning but will See...
Donating Blood again today...tryin to get that # down a little before adding Tren.
 
For Delts I hit the military press machine. This one has free motion cables so you can adjust were pressing from.
I love it because it gets my elbows and hands back almost as if doing behind the Neck presses..
Started light for 15 then 12 till rackin it for 4 reps...Then back down.
Around 12 sets in 20 minutes.
Then off to super set Arms....My Favorite.

I through in Some Delt work on chest day as well. Alternating between ext and uprights every other workout!

New Pr again today....268 A.M.
When will it Stop ???
 
Hit The LR3 hard the last 3 days.
I was looking for some recomp as the scale was moving very quickly to be muscle.
I did 100 mcgs each day and lost 4lbs...Seemed like mostly water as my bloat got cut in half.
Now I miss the Fullness and want to fill back up to 270.
Knowing I can loose the weight just about as Quick as I gained it as Put my worries to rest as Far as Being Dialed In by Spring!
 
I've been doing 50mcg daily. I'm about 5 days or so in, but I'm liking it.

Been taking it at night, but may move it two about 2 hours post workout.

My body is weird. Even before I started taking it....I wake up flat every morning. Eat all day and the muscles just fill out and vascularity becomes crazy. Then the next morning I'm flat again. But I'm still slowly gaining weight.

I go to Bed just about every night Totally Carb Loaded.
Its even more important W- LR-3 in the Mix.
2 Hrs post is great as long as you have nothing physical to do the Rest Of Day.
If I took it Later it would Be with Dinner or at least a few hours before bed so you have time to get in Plenty of Micros.
 
Did I read up top you were using thyroid and such? With your metabolism, I would not use anything that can increase it further. You are limiting yourself if you are imo. Clen is okay, but no thyroid imo bro.

They said they could Actually use it this TIME....Lucky Bastard that gets that Blood!!!!
I figure I should be down to 16 after the last Draw...

Its time for me to give again. My numbers are always good....and if they look good this time I will probably do plasma as try said they were really in dire straights needing it. I think it takes about 45 minutes, but it goes to cancer patients.

On a side note....I just found out a friend of mine from work has prostate cancer. Hopefully not that far advanced....but I'm going over there later to try and cheer him up as I could tell over the phone he was scared.

He's not into the gym or anything. It runs in his family. He's always tried to be healthy with diet and doesn't drink or smoke....but it caught him anyway.

I'm turning 50 this Yr so it is time to get mine checked..
My dad had prostate Cancer and had it removed at like 60.
My little brother went in last Yr and was all good.
I still have a Powerfull stream. It is actually impressive Pissing of the Boat in a High Arc w-6'- 8' of distance...Last yr after an Animal pack and a vita B12 pill it Looked Nuclear!!!
I have noticed A little less control over the Sphincter muscle after My torn Hammy though..lol

That's a wild amount of food lol I wish I could eat that much and be that lean at 28! Not saying you're old but when I get to that age I doubt I'll be staying ripped if I am eating fast food every day lol
