So here I am, what 4 mnths of Bulking, eating all day and resting the rest.
Pushed Gear pretty high and today I am 260 ripped.
So I gained just about a Pure 10lbs of muscle.
Was it worth It ?
More than likely I will revert back to my 250@ 6% by June were I have been for 6 yrs strait...
I can maintain that working out 2 days a week on a lot less gear and Food.
I guess it kept me Busy but a lot off hard work, food, soreness and Money to end up back were I Started.....
The upside is I am A year older without Looking like It!
