3 Year Progress for me. Technically about 2.5 years, since about 3 weeks after the 2017 pics I had herniated discs in my neck (C4 and C7), which after two months of not lifting, started back barely pressing a 20lb dumbbell with my left arm. Never ended up getting surgery, just slowly worked through it, and the nerve's adapted over time so within about a year later I was at about 80% strength back in my left arm (tricep, chest) and now I'm I think the left arm/side is about 95% of my right.

Still feeling great, everything going well, except for the fact that the gyms are on lockdown again in a couple days. (I've already been traveling about 40 miles one way for the last month to go to a gym, since my gym/city was on lockdown). So back to home dumbbell and band workouts for at least a month. Will do my best employ intensity techniques to keep the progress going (or at least maintain).

Weight up to 103.20kg today...I'm quite surprised.

After two months on 300mg test I'm now 1.5 weeks in on my new blend of 200mg t; 200mg tren; 200mg mast. No dietary changes, training has more rest-pause work, pushing past failure.

I'll do this for five weeks until the bottle is finished then go back to 300mg test for a while.
