Very good potential you have...wow.
1. Don't know how long you have been training, but you were lean but need to get that last bit of subcutaneous fat and water off, and you will be hard as nails on stage.
2. Lower body is a strong point, especially calves (wow).
3. Front double bicep don't lean backwards, either squeeze and flex your abs or pull a vacuum but do not lean backward.

These two shots right here will look insane if you can get that last bit of fat and water from under your skin. Androgen do help with that skinned thin look but mostly a diet a little longer thing.

Means a lot thank you. I am 24 and I saw that I am practicing vacuums now and working on posing everyday

Wow, 24! It's going to be exciting to see how far you go in the sport. I figured you were probably mid 30s at least, with 10 years more training. Awesome potential IMO.

What you guys think at 24 Yrs old? Going to start SEO soon. 650g carbs on off day today
Impressive! Do you have any pictures of your back and legs too? In that pose you look great. Amazing for any age, but 24 is really great IMO.

I'm 52 in a week so I'm looking to pull the bodyweight down a bit.
100+kg at 172cm isn't a good long-term weight and I need to balance things despite my desires.
I'll start with a few kg at a time with no major changes and see how it goes. 210-215 (lbs. for my American friends) is better than 220-230.

  • 325mg test blend per week, no AI or SERMS. 6+ weeks this way so far. Had Deca in before. Will probably run to the end of the year and maybe add something light like Primo.
  • 3500-ish calories per day. Protein about 250g; carbs lowered on non-training days, but not to the extreme.
  • M/W/F DC 2-way split. Total reps always above 10, as high as 20 for arms.

Why SEO? You have no lagging parts that need it. your limbs (arms and legs) are both good!
