1st time Dnp log

Had a good workout today, get tired during the day but a nap and pre workout helps.

Going 400mg.day starting today til sunday
 
Just curious.... Should there be a concern for muscle loss while using DNP?

yes, although dnp is not a muscle burner, like anything when ur in a calorie defeceit you are more likely to loose muscle

best way to avoid it is keep ur protein intake high, workouts shorter, and dont overdo urself
 
Been on 400mg last two days. Defintly tired and need a nap in afternoon before lifting, wake up sweating but not overly hot feeling. 3 more days on 400mg then stopping for a few weeks.

Definetly leaner but not dramatic, we'll see how i look next week after water goes
 
From trial and error, and discovering 200 mg is actually pretty weak, this is what works best:

- Take 5000 mg and divided into 2 piles
- Divide those 2 piles in half, making 4 total piles
- Divide each of those 4 piles in half, making 8 total lines
- Take one line per day for 8 days straight

Each of 8 lines is about 625 mg. So that's 625 mg/day for 8 days.

It gives you enough heat and discomfort to know it's working (unlike 200 or 400), and it's over in 8 days. Another half a week or so later, the water comes off, and you're down 5 lbs. Hopefully of mostly fat.

Didn't notice anything until the water came off.
 
I am 2 weeks into my new dosing experiment... taking a mega dose of DNP only 2 days per week and so far I am loving it. My energy seems to be better than running at a constant dose, dont seem to be carrying much water,can notice my abdomen area is getting leaner. Going to continue this for another 2 weeks
 
interesting plan, keep us updated on how it goes.

FOr me i only have tomorrow left, luckily! This fatigue is catching up with me. Almost feels like i have the flue, just tired all afternoon, not bad in morning. Now just waiting game til this water comes off and hoepfully see results
 
Took last dose of dnp. Now i guess just wait and see how i look after water comes off
