OK, I would drop the olive oil and replace with flaxoil, how much water are you drinking a day? Try scrambled eggs, One whole and the rest egg whites. Put some carbs in your diet, not much, just enough each day to keep metabolism happy. Drop carbs three days out and go all protein and some flax oil. Carb up for two days before the show, You doing any cardio? keep that up until the last two days. keep water intake extreme and drop back the day before. Tuna in springwater is also good and sweet potatoes for some carbs.
If you are using b-12 inj. keep it up. if not add this in now! Phil is out of lba's till mid april so try to get as much protein in and keep carbs in small amounts. Your pics have you looking real good at this stage. Even carb depleted. You are dropping out carbs a little too soon. I think you'll lose the water if you follow the plan, should come in peeled to the bone! Keep us updated!
