I was reading that the combo of rice protein and yellow pea protein creates a complete protein that might offer a potein efficiency ratio that can rival dairy and egg , but without their potential for allergic reactions.
Eggs, dairy, and even whey isolate bothers me. I'm always on the look out for non-animal based proteins. This also includes meat, I've been over it for awhile now lol.
 
Give it a try. See if you like the texture and taste. I have added beef protein and egg to this blend. Def don't go with a fruity flavor. Something Richer like coffee, chocolate, peanut butter or caramel.

Also, i was gonna get unflavored and see what to mix with. But you said no fruity so I'm wondering now if I should get it flavored.
It's much much cheaper unflavored.

Definitely get flavored. Go heavy. Something like chocholate Pb. This will be gross. Very chalky and gritty. But if you need a milk free protein it wil do the trick

I have been using a pea/rice blend for over a year now. It will take a little while but you get used to the taste. I use an unflavored powder too. If you do get flavored definitely go with chocolate. The vanilla is pretty bad. Also it hasn't hurt my strength or body composition. Walmart sells a brand called purely inspired and is organic.

But that's just gelatin mixed with bcaa and creatine, yet branded as iso.
I love TN but am a lil disappointed they'd have such a scam product

Beef isolate isn't something taken out of meat. It's gelatin and added stuff. What does TN have the one true formula that's sucked outta steak?

Well...I've replaced 300 grams food protein with 100 grams EAA , and get 100 grams of protein from meat per day.
It seems the less animal protein I have, the better I feel.
So I was hoping to lower my meat consumption even more with the pea/rice protein as replacements.
You're basically saying I could get away with just pea protein or rice since I'm using EAA?
I was also thinking of adding in a lil BCAA to this regimen.

Here's TN's in depth description. Seems like some BCAAs are added to the water used in the manufacturing process, but I think your conclusion (based on this manufacturing description) is way off. Please post a link to the manufacturing process you've outlined. I would genuinely like to know what the truth is.
