This guy stayed this lean and gain this much in 120 days? 215 to 251 in four months.
He posted this on the 5th... and three days ago he's now 269 pounds. 54 pounds?

First pic - probably carb and water depleted while on TRT

The first one was either at the end of his prep or just after so doubtful thats all one would be on, but who knows.

Ah, I missed that. Not to take credit from the guy either... Just looking from his shoulder line to his neck he definitely looks much thicker.
 
Impressive gains - anyone know if he’s a member? Curious as to his protocol - and if any members nailed the hypothesis.

He has not made dramatic improvements, therefore, who cares about the scale?
 
Rebounding can add weight quickly. I weighed in at my first contest at 172 lbs. And the next morning on the same scale I weighed 191. So 19 lbs overnight. And I didn't even pig out all that much. Gaining weight quickly after a prolonged diet is not rare.
 
The real test to me would be how much more weight can he move in most of his lifts, especially the big three. If he truly put on a lot of muscle then he would be a lot stronger. I'm going to guess that half or more of that is water.

Yeah my old training partner that arm wrestled would make weight at his weigh-in....and be 12-15lbs heavier the next day when the meet started.

I remember we would leave the weigh-in and immediately head straight to an I-Hop. Later during the day it was Chinese buffet.

He could put away so much food....it was crazy.

Ok, how many of these guys add numbers to the scale, like with all the hype before the olympia... lol. Great rebound, but where are the scale pics? Lol
 
Alot of hate going on here. Scale never matters it's how the condition and physique looks. And here it's a massive improvement. Water or not. Most guys can't do that in 3 year let alone 2 months.
