how do most of you get fats with your shakes? i assume most people just put oil in with thier shakes but i'm sure that makes your shaker pretty nasty doesn't it? do you buy capsules of oil, or just down it raw or what?
also, i read something by MassiveG about not taking cabs and fats together in the same meals, only protien/carbs or protien/fats...why is this? i think i remember dc talking about it a little, but not really giving any reasons.
last question...is there anywhere to get complex carbs powder for shakes? i just bought 60lbs from trueprotien and i have been mixing it with gatorade powder pre/post workout, but i want something complex for throughout the day to avoid the insulin surges...or is that really something i shouldnt be concerned about? i did some searching online but i want to know if there is anything specific you guys like as far as complex carb powder.
