I eat this everyday… really
• 2 whole eggs w/4-5 egg whites, scrambled in a tad of olive oil, topped with fresh salsa
• My home cooked black beans
• Fresh fruit (pineapple is really good right now)
• Fresh guac or sliced avacado
This keeps me going strong for at least 2 hours
