i saw this in the am while on the treadmill at the gym. I have to say i wanted to get off the treadmill and stop by dunkin donuts!

You look great man, i cannot believe the amount of muscle you pack onto your frame. Your back is truly ridiculous!

I think from the pics you displayed before till this video, tehre have been huge changes. I think whatever you did this off-season definitely gave results.
