Adjusting Diet for AAS Use

If a natural athlete were to administer Test Ethan during a contest prep (low dose), I was wondering how his typical diet might need to change to realize the most benefit.

Take me for example, during the first 6 weeks of my prep, I'm following a carb cycle diet. I'll go 500 cal's (roughly) under maint. Day 1, day 2 and 3 are 100grams of carbs and almost all protein and fat. On the third night I ingest what I reffer to as a "carb Bomb" - huge bowl of oatmeal, bannana, large yam, roasted with olive oil with Katsup. Basically I do a Wed/Sun evening carb meal. All my other carbs are from veggies. I'm and Endomorph and carb sensative as hell. I do this to clean up. After 6-8 weeks, or once I can see abs again, I work in more carbs starting with AM and increase them as much as I can as long as I'm loosing fat.

Now, say I toss 300mg/EW of Test E and 200iu HCG into the mix. Does this/should this change anything diet wise? Or should I just do what normally works for me and stick to it? The goal of course is not to get bloated, which I doubt I would on 300EW with lower carb levels.

any thoughts on this would be great.

I have done natty shows but IF I do a cycle, I will do a non-tested show. Personally, I get pissed off that there are so many guys on juice in natty shows...I dont plan to be one of them. On the flip side, I don't plan to run a truck load of anabolics either so I'm kind of on that fence. Low test...etc... If I supplement I'm not natural but unless I go all the way over to the other side. you get the idea. Almost unfair in a way but that's life.

But don't get the wrong idea, so far I'm completely natural and have never done any AAS at all. I am considering it though and if I do, I will not compete in a natty org or in natty shows.

I would just do everything the same as you have done in the past for diet...You probably get away with less cals, and come in harder...

The only thing I might change if you go the aas route is protein intake. Since your body will be much more efficient with it use more of it.

I'll keep it the same as I normally would but maybe adjust PRO up a bit. Typically, I am at around 1.5g/# body weight. Maybe I'll bump it to 2G/#. I usually take a pretty heavy amino acid load as well. EAA (heavy l-Luc dose) between meals and BCAA's (more balaced but with Cit-malate) before, during and post workout.

Just had blood work done too just to play it safe: Kidney, Liver, Electrolytes all good to go. My Cholesterol has always been superb. Test is 432 total Free: 16.2. Doc neglected to provide the reference range in her VM.

Had blood work to make sure I'm in good shape before I do this (if I do this) - probably overkill but that's me.

So, I'm going to shed a little more fat...get to where the Abs begin to come in and then make the decision.
