Hey guys!! I recently posted up a poll on everyone's bulking approach.. Weather u prefer too stay lean all year round or if u just go all out bulk and put on extra fat also!!
The staying lean approach comes up as the favorite so I've been trying
Too put this approach into play... Ive stripped syntheroldown too around 12 percent bf and now want too try put on some nice lean mass while trying to keep bf the same

1 hand full peanuts
1 cup broccoli syntherol

2 tubs cottage cheese (50g pro)
150g sweet pot
Meal 4syntherol
preworkout
200g ground beef
1 cup oats
Meal 5
Post workout
50g wheysyntherol
100g dextrose
Meal 6
Salmon 300g
Green leafy salad
Meal 7syntherol
50g casein
What do use guys think? Anything in there that should be added or changed?? Really wanna get my diet in check!!
