Ah the Humor of the "gym (insert whatever here) people"

So today marked my first day back at work (I am a personal trainer for a company) and everyone just came rushing up to me thinking I suffered some health issues or whatever and why I was so bloated and watery and I looked fat., etc...

I laughed a lot at this because I took vacation last week after 3 shows in 4 weeks I needed it and I earned it.

I also am up about 20 pounds but water and such, yeah I ate what I wanted, but with me doing Nationals I felt this break was crucial, plus it was nice hanging out with friends I could not really with during my prep and doing dinner with them and their families...

I just thought this was some funny stuff because all these supposed "gym" warriors just know so much. It is tragic they are so quick to be damn you look like shit, but they have never gotten on stage...makes me wonder what they say about the overweight who are there at the gym for the right reason.

Anyway, I posted this to see if others got this type of what I view to be funny humor...I mean health problems to looking like a fat beached prom date whale..damn I covered a lot of tastes and ranges with people
