Ok heres the thing you see guys doing alternate dumbell shoulder presses
My question is if this whole theory holds water why aren't these same people doing alternate dumbell bench presses?
I have never seen or heard anyone recommend this but uf it works for shoulders why not chest?
Thoughts? Thinking of trying but not sure is this as dumb as those jackasses recommending barbell squating on a balance ball(yeah someone is going to get hurt with those)
