Just curious on if it's better to just supplement amino acids post workout for your first two meals instead of a protein shake and whole foods that have to be broken down and then are available for repair??? I was thinking that maybe 25gs of a Amino acid supp and then 25g of BCAAs post workout, and then 45mins later repeat, taken with waxy maize, and then at the 2h mark take some protein shakes and whole food ect. What do you think???
