Any difference between vibram fingers and wrestling boots

My Chiro says my arches have fallen and recommended vibram fingers to help as I'm suffering knee pain

Are wrestling boots any different other than the finger separation. Nill to minimal sole and minimal heel.

Any thoughts

Having used both, personally I think that wrestling boots or even shoes from the New Balance Minimus line are better than the Vibram Five Fingers.

I found my toes especially did NOT like the five fingers set up and simply found that a regular enclosed shoe like a wrestling boot/otomix stingray/Minimus gives just as much "no shoe" feel without dealing with awkward toe issues!!!

Although it is kind of cute to walk around with the special vibram toe socks on haha. They come in such nice colors....

Go Otomix Stingray or New Balance Minimus IMHO

Just got my pair of Vibrams last night..... wearing em today for the 1st time training..... feels weird but good... got a deal on some KSO's.... traction seems sick.

I wrestled thru college. I love lifting in wrestling shoes. I posted up a thread maybe 2 years ago about the Vibrams and a bunch of guys questioned my masculinity. So far you are getting off easy. People must really dislike me.
