nice guns and back is amazing...i liked his routine too. However i think the calves are quite pathetic for his physique caliber and maybe his bis are too big for his tris, needs to bring them up cuz those bis really overpower everything else.
I used to have a training routine of him with poundages written next to the exerc and his incline barbell press weight was 484 lbs for 6 reps, crazy strong on all other movements too but I don't remember those weights
Marko was a freak. I read somewhere and saw some pics of him that he is around 185-190lbs now and competing in kickboxing. I think he had major kidney or liver trouble, something like that.
