LOL yea my training partners are both dying from doing everything in a slow negative fashion. We did hammer strength pulldowns today with a slow negative on the upward motion then explode and squeeze at the bottom, the last set we did a 2 second hold and squeeze at the bottom on every rep and when i stood up i honestly thought i was going to pass out, i know im dieting but my young workout partner almost hit the floor also after his set
...... shit was killer!
