He has finally got access to the gym inside after over a year without any weights at all. He told me the gym has two barbells, one is 90kg the other is 140kg. The Barbells have the plates welded to the bar to stop them being used as weapons i guess. He is already hanging buckets of water etc on the 140kg bar for benchs and probably shoulder press too ha ha ha

He is staying upbeat and doing whayt he can, more than anything I think he is bored and hungry.
