back in the saddle after 2 month illness

Ok guys, Ive been laying low for about all of March now. I was sick as a bastard!!
At first it really looked like cancer with all my horrible symptoms.
I had a bad blood count/ high bleed time
bloody noses
enlarged spleen
zero energy
vomit/diarrea
headaches
ect.

I had to stop my cycle short and I mentally crashed pretty hard..
I ended up having the lymphnode in the back of my neck completely removed as it looked like I was smuggling a bouncy ball under my skin.
I went into major depression and am now on 100mg of zoloft ED, which seems to help(end of week 3 today) only prob is it takes me like 45 minutes to get off----FUNNY SIDE STORY---I WENT OUT WITH SOME FRIENDS FRIDAY NIGHT,RAN INTO AN OLD BOOTY CALL TOOK HER HOME AND WENT TO WORK (WHICH WAS WELL OVERDUE) SINCE IM ON MY LAST WEEK OF PCT I POPPED SOME CIALIS ..I COULD NOT GET OFF!! LAYED IN BED ALL NIGHT WITH WOOD AND MEAN BLUE BALLS UNTIL LIKE NOON WHEN i COULD FIRE OFF SOME KNUCKLE CHILDREN---------------------------------------

Im pretty much recovered now feel about 90% no more nose bleeds, blled time is down to normal range and test come back good! They still are not sure - they are saying a mono mimicker or virus I got off a ship I worked on from the far east.

during my pct I still managed to hit the gym 3x a week
bench/squat/rows/military
mon 3x5, wed 3x8, fri 2x15

I ate everything in site- no meal plans at all - I just made sure I got between 4-500g of protien and 4-500 carbs
LOTS OF COMFORT FOOD

When I quit my cycle I was 212 bout 10-11% bf
Now im 208 bout 16-17% my top 4 abs are visible in the am

Im very happy with the PCT results

Now looking to the future......
my gyno surgery in the first week of may now
That gives me April to bust my ass

Clean my diet up again to 500 over maint.
I know Im going to be laid up for 4 weeks after surgery so I decided to stick with a 3 day full body method based on heavy compounds as I feel a split would be overkill during this time.
just some creatine, bcaa's...LIQUID BEEF AMINOS if I can find some! and ECA until surgery.

I know my body and I bet I can shed a couple pounds of fat this way while keeping if not gaining a pound or 2 of mass during this time...

After surgery recovery.. June 1st
training= GVT or Pendulum training routine

cycle
1-4 dbol 30mg ed ( im done playing the 50mg game!)
1-12 400mg EQ
1-13 600mg cyp
13 to 3 days b4 PCT prop 150mg EOD
last 6 weeks winny tabs 50mg ED

diet super clean bulk for the 1st 4 weeks (high carbs )
lean bulk carb cycle to maintain and level off gains from dbol up until winny
last 6 weeks with winny will be a lower carb cycle of 3 low 1 high with cals at 250-500 under maint.
the EQ should be kicking around then 2 so I shoulf cut up nice for the late summer :)

my goal for august is to be 195-200 7%
which I think Im ganna nail with ease...keeping fingers crossed I dont dump too much muscle from gyno surgery recovery..


Thanks to the guys that have sent me PM's for updates and the encouragment when I first got sick- Ive been off the board for a bit and I dont have much time to post ..BUT this is the absolute best board going and I visit everyday.. I have learned so much off this board...

welcome back DON, I hope you make a full recovery and get back into your full training again. Illness of any kind is never good. Yours sounds pretty serious but looks like the worst is over. Don't be in a hurry to make progress bro, you do not want to relapse. ease into it and stay healthy.

Thank OF, over doing it is a big concern right now, that is why i dont want to put anything in my body for a bit lay off stims, only train 3 days a week and rest,rest rest..and hope to be 100% for june!

and yes getting ill sucks, I am always saying to myself how bad in injury would set me back, like breaking a bone or tearing a muscle. getting really sick never was a concern for me as Ive been healthy my whole life and im only 25..guess I was wrong- just thankful it wasnt worse

I have been through hell so take it from me,you will be back.It will be a year on April 19th since I went down,and I gained all my weight back.Granted its not exactley like it was but muscle remembers.

I have no doubt you will be better then you were before in no time.Good luck man,and keep your head up,there is so much more to life then this sport.

This I also learned while being ill- it becomes such a major part in your life and I can see how if not monitored it can ravage out of control in no time and then abuse becomes an issue..Im all set with being THAT guy
