Best/Most Cost Effective Protein?

I know we all spend a shit load of cash on our food and protein powders etc.....just to maintain, much less grow.

I'm looking for some protein suggestions from everyone to see if I can cut down on this cost...if at possible. If I can't...so be it.

I use Isopure. 7.5lbs is around $90.00 shipped. Can anyone suggest a powder that's comparable at a lesser cost?

You can get isolate (i assume thats what you want since thats what you are taking with isopure) for just under 9 bucks a pd at true protein. I havent found a better deal, considering you get what you pay for. Slightly less then what youre paying now and its a safe bet to trust dauntes quality over isopures.

tp probably has the best prices. just save your old protein jugs to store it in

Personally use TP, but do yourself a favor and also check out SYNTHETEK. Both are top notch.

TP for me. Best prices IMO. I've ditched whey iso and am now using beef iso which IMO is way better.
