Post workout something like chicken (drizzled in honey with chilli flakes) with basmati rice. Although there are so many possibilities. Any lean protein source with a mixture of fast and slow acting carbs is best for me. Recently it's usually just protein and complex carbs (pasta or rice). Although with that I sometimes like to also add a few medjool dates as well.
For pre workout I like oats mixed with chocolate and peanut butter whey with sliced banana.
