TN's cold filtered whey iso
1stPhorm is awesome. The flavors are crazy good and I have zero GI issues with it and I am prone to GI issues with just about everything!
Same here....been using them forever. I have a friend at the gym who had his GB removed and was having issues....I turned him on to them and he's been good since.I've been using Musclefeast 100% Whey Isolate since 2010.
I use the Unflavored/Unsweetened Isolate.
It's 26 Grams of Protein per 28 Gram Scoop, and Lactose Free.
It tastes Great, and Dissolves easily........................ JP
P.S.
When I started using them, they were still selling their Protein in Pouches, and not the Containers they use now.

Depends on the size of the tub. I think they use different scoop sizes. The 2lb tubs have 26grams and the 5lbs have 20 grams per serving.
Thanks Elvia for the recommendation. I have not tried the synthepure. I typically have no issues with any protein powders unless they are poor in quality which I do not buy anymore. A friend from the gym was telling me how he was having issues with his usual whey isolate and asked if I could recommend other types.
The GAT's plant protein sounds like it may be worth a shot. I was looking at the ingredients and they look good. Do you mix 2 scoops in water? The taste is acceptable?
Do you feel you can still build muscle if you were to use this source of protein a couple of times a day in place of whey isolate?
It is. They are probably looking at the wrong product. Maybe looking at the blend or grass fed versions.Sounds off...

Almost all whey gives me digestive issues and discomfort. I think some other members have referenced the fact that a lot of it is probably not really 100% whey isolate.
Isopure gives me zero issues. I gave up on whey for a while but now I can drink it daily at anytime.
I use to use Isopure Only.
Till Musclefeast opened up.
You should check them out.
They only make Small Batches that are Tested.
It's Kosher, in the Jewish Tradition.
And now it's All Grass Fed/Hormone and Antibiotic Free............... JP
P.S.
The Company was started by a Father for his Bodybuilding Son.
Those of you that have trouble digesting whey protein or those of you who have Crohn's Disease/Ulcerative Colitis/IBD or similar, what's the best type of protein powder you have found that helps and does not cause any digestive issues?
What are some of the best options out there?
Try a plant based protein.
