Best use of GH

Hi everyone,

30 years old, 4 years competitive, 5'11" 230, compete at 198. Turning 30 has me feeling my time is now and I'm going to spend the $ and order GH. I'm taking 750mg test, 7iu 2x/day (14iu total) and 1mg adex a day. This is my baseline right now. Just based on a bro's advice I was going to do 10iu MWF (3x a week) post workout. The plan is to do 1 year of GH getting ready for my next show.

I'm taking the black tops from mexi.

If you were in my shoes trying to peak 1 year from now for your next competition. How would you use your GH? Let me know if it would affect how you use your gear/slin?

So am I getting this right, your going to go from 14iu ED ( 98 iu a week ) to 10iu 3x a week ( 30 iu a week ). Seems like your taking steps backwards. The GH 3x a week is mostly a protocol used alongside insulin.

If you want to use that GH and make the best progress possible I suggest something along the lines of this...

10iu ED 4 weeks on, 20 iu 3x a week 4 weeks on alongside insulin, back to 10iu ed for 4 weeks while you take a break from insulin. Repeat.

I would also up the AAS dose a tad, an even gram or more would be nice. Add in another compound, ideally Deca at 400-600mg if your looking to grow. Honestly though If I was going to dish out that much for HGH I would make sure to maximize my AAS use as well though and push it to 1.5-2g but thats just me personally and alot of people might see that as excessive. HGH/Insulin will give you alot of growth through synergy as is.
