I was 123kg 10 days ago. But I have been too busy to train properly or to eat, so now I am on maintanace dose of 1g sus per week and nothing else, as I am kind off dieting since summer is coming here and since I don't have the time to bulk properly, might as well have a nice beach body. I am 120kg currently. No comps until I add my mass back and then have time to diet properly - maybe towards the end of next year?
