on the optimal protein intake for a non-steroid using bb'r. Do you still recomend the 1.5-2 grams per pound. Or would 1g per pound (or less for that matter) suffice. Lets assume that the trainee has several cycles under his belt.. the highest dosage not more that 1200mg/ week...But has decide to go natural. If you could, please address protein intake for both a weight gain as well as a fat loss scenario. Again this would be for a "natural" athlete.
