on the optimal protein intake for a non-steroid using bb'r. Do you still recomend the 1.5-2 grams per pound. Or would 1g per pound (or less for that matter) suffice. Lets assume that the trainee has several cycles under his belt.. the highest dosage not more that 1200mg/ week...But has decide to go natural. If you could, please address protein intake for both a weight gain as well as a fat loss scenario. Again this would be for a "natural" athlete.

Obviously either way you wouldn't want to be in a negative nitrogen balance. That can happen much easier when you are natural.
So, always have a smuch protein as possible. The only difference is that on gear, in a simplified matter, the more protein you eat, the more mass you add. When you are natural, you just excrete the extra protein, or some gets added as fat (not that much).
When you are dieting, you want protein at maximum as that is the only thing that is keeping you from losing muscle.
