Big Bump True Protein

Wanted to give a big bump to Dante and his guys at True Protein. I know there is a million different threads that pop up about them but I wanted to post this because in the last one a member basically said their service was Sh*t.

Now mind you I hardly ever order from True protein so its not like they see my name and say crap we need to bend over backwards for this guy. Long story short I have a friend i'm getting ready for a show and wanted to get an order of PeptoPro to have him try it out during the prep. So I order it up yesterday (12th) before 2:00 pst the cutoff for orders to go out same day. I selected 3rd day select expecting it to come in on Friday so he could have it to start the week. Well about 24 hrs later I noticed it hadn't shipped and sent an e-mail saying hey since it hasn't shipped can you just send it Ground and refund back the extra $10 since shipping it 3rd Day wasn't going to arrive till probably monday and ground wasn't going to be much longer then that.

I get this e-mail back:

I had a mix up with an order not arriving at my house and dante and the team bent over backwards to ensure i got my order by tracking the first order (that showed it had been delivered) but then believing me when i said it didn't arrive at my house and sent out another order ASAP! EXCELLENT customer service!!!!!! true protein is top of the food chain!!..LOL
