Well as a DCer it goes without saying that I drink tons of green tea. However, as of late I've been having some problems with it. I work in a very hot and humid environment and sweat buckets full, so my fluid intake is very high. I drink around 3-4 gallons of water a day, atleast 1-2 of those si going to be green tea. I've noticed though that I start to feel nauseated when I drink a large amount. I feel sick to both my stomach and head, feel lethargic and sometimes almost feel as though I'm gonna throw up. I've tried just drinking pure water instead at work and the symptoms disappeared. The problem is...should I just stop drinking green tea all together? The tea that I drink is fairly concentrated, so I guess I could water it down a little more. I just don't wanna lose any of the benefits, but I guess I gotta do what I gotta do huh? Any other suggestions you guys can think of?
BTW I know that the water I drink sounsd like an extreme amount, but I have hyperhidrosis as well so it's a necessity that I drink this much. I can drink only 2 gallons and still be thirsty, and there aer some days where I sweat so much that when drinking 3 gallons I won't even pee once.
