hey guys just want to say this forum is awesome!!! so much info to learn and get bigger and better at the sport.just have a quick question for ya. i am doing my first competition next week but after the competition im going to take around 6-8 weeks of "supplements" to get my levels back to normal. i want to start bulking after this... what would be the best cycle for bulking? i know everyone's body is different but i would love to hear a few opinions from you guys. and just so you know this will be my 4th cycle. my first was test e at 400/week, 2nd was test e at 500/w and anadrol 50 at 50mgs ed, my 3rd was test prop eod and tren acetate eod. thanks guys i appreciate.
 
oops thats a type-o i meant to say take off 6-8 weeks. sorry
 
simplest cycle for bulking that i have used is 750 test e and 500 decca ew. you can throw in an oral too if you want to frontload buts thats about it for my bulk cycles. if you want you could replace the deca with eq for less water retention but imo i prefer deca
 
If you are looking to have another 6-8wk cycle don't even bother with deca. NPP or EQ will work a little quicker for you.

You might try 30-50mg dbol or anadrol for the first few weeks and 500-75mg of either test E, cyp, or sust throughout. Good luck
 
i dont want a 6-8week cycle. i wanna run something with test e, can u run deca and eq together and mix in some dbol?
 
sorry i wasnt clear. i have never ran a 6-8week cycle all of mine have either been 12weeks or 14weeks..
