I found this interesting article about how you can lose 3/4-1lb of fat per week just by sleeping a little less comfortable than normal. They used an estimate as far as BMR goes. If you KNOW your BMR you could just divide your BMR by 24 hours then subtract 20% to get the amount of calories you burn per hour while doing this. So TECHNICALLY you could burn more or less fat with this...but there's potential!
