can somebody, anybody give me a GOOD reason why you can't...
get ALL your protein from powders and maintain all your muscle mass while dieting?
i'm talking about a high quality protein from true protein or something like a mix of whey/egg and casein proteins.
obviously protein powders don't fill you up and are lacking in nutrients like other whole food protein sources, but assuming you are fine with the controlling the hunger and you supplement with a good multi, fiber, and greens supplement....
THEN WHY NOT?
people always say that whole food is what preserves the muscle when dieting? but whats the difference if your getting all your protein in? isn't protein, well protein?
