i have been implementing INTRAWORKOUT shakes (50pro 75-100malto), then 30mins post workout eat a meal... when should i do cardio IF i am doing it at the gym, normally i would of done cardio after THEN PWO shake, but since im drinking it DURING, im thinking cardio before?? i want to retain the most amount of muscle.... have a newborn, so getting out 2x a day not always practical.
also, i was thinking of doing 10gm BCAA either A; before workout, or in my workout shake... what would u recommend?
i was going to add 6-10gm leucine, or should i do it AFTER or BEFORE??
and on non-training days, i was going to dissolve 10-15gms BCAA in my 1.5 litre of water to sip all day??
thoughts are appreciated..
