cardio/workout shake question

i have been implementing INTRAWORKOUT shakes (50pro 75-100malto), then 30mins post workout eat a meal... when should i do cardio IF i am doing it at the gym, normally i would of done cardio after THEN PWO shake, but since im drinking it DURING, im thinking cardio before?? i want to retain the most amount of muscle.... have a newborn, so getting out 2x a day not always practical.

also, i was thinking of doing 10gm BCAA either A; before workout, or in my workout shake... what would u recommend?
i was going to add 6-10gm leucine, or should i do it AFTER or BEFORE??

and on non-training days, i was going to dissolve 10-15gms BCAA in my 1.5 litre of water to sip all day??

thoughts are appreciated..
 
I always weight train, then do my 30 min cardio and right when im done i drink my shake. This works well for me. I hate having a shake in my stomach then doing cardio.
 
well if your drinking carbs during your workout it should be saved for a mass gaining stage.... so cardio after a workout wouldnt be optimal during this time. If your goal is fat loss then i would just skip the shake or do cardio on off days only or a different time(but you said thats not happening because of the newborn).... what you could do is just have BCAA's during a workout and do cardio after and still get the fat burning effects.

I personally would alter your shake and have 60 grams of WMS and 15-20 BCAA's/Leucine during. If you like or want to give the intra workout shake a go.

100 grams of malto and 50 grams of whey during a workout seems a bit much for me IMO.
 
I'd cramp like hell trying to do cardio with a post-workout shake in my stomach.
