currently i do about 30 to 40 minutes 5 days a week after i workout. When i workout it gets m heart rate up so the cardio process has already started. I usually do a bike or treadmill and a nice leasurly pace. About 120 beats per minute.
I run for 10min before I start my work out and then 30mins after my work out. I do cardio 5 days a week. But thats just me!! It all depends on what you want to get out of it.
It depends on what my goals are at that particular time. Offseason I don't do much, anywhere from 0 to 3 times per week, 20 minutes each. Right now I'm hitting the treadmill between 5 to 7 days per week, 30-60 minutes per day.
Thanks guys. I'm trying to lose bf and gain lean muscle. I want to get more leaner without overdoing it and not lose some muscle. I think i'll do cardio on treadmill for 30 mins five days a week.
Before lifting? You will only need 10 mins. Max 15 thats all. After lifting hit cardo with 30 - 45 min interval or Hill program would be a good. Just my.02
